Wildflower Photography Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Wildflower Photography, hereby referred to as the Site.


When you visit the Site, it automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, it collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. The Site uses the Order Information that it collect generally to fulfill any orders placed (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, it uses this Order Information to:

Finally, the Site may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or another lawful request for information it receives, or to otherwise protect rights.

Additionally, if you are a European resident note that the Site processes your information in order to fulfill contracts it might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Site, it will maintain your Order Information for records unless and until you ask to delete this information by submitting a request in writing to the contact information below, so a form can be provided to you, completed and submitted back for confirmation of request.

The Site may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to it's practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
